Dusk bar at The Ritz Carlton Naples, Florida, USA
Blueplate Studios, a Wilson Associates specialty food & beverage design studio, completely refurbished the dining venues at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples. From the classic steakhouse to the bar, each venue captures a different element of upscale resort living. The color palette for each space was inspired by the sunrise, sunset and infinite view of The Gulf of Mexico.
Le Lapin, Macao, China
Le Lapin is a modern, quirky French eatery that sits atop I.M. Pei’s Macao Science Center. Influenced by the owner’s Chinese zodiac and the restaurant’s circular shape, it artfully tells the story of the rabbit and the moon. Wilson Associates New York approached the project from a holistic perspective, conceptualizing everything from the brand identity to the artwork, carpet and 16-meter-tall wine wall. Valued at more than $2 million, this wine collection is spread over three levels of catwalks. Inspired by the moon’s phases, the design scheme by Wilson Assoc. includes dramatic LED stars throughout the walkway that recall the night sky.
Bread Street Kitchen, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore
Bread Street Kitchen at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands brings Chef Gordon Ramsay’s signature British European cuisine to Singapore. Like its sister properties in London and Hong Kong, Bread Street Kitchen is an intimate, atmosphere-driven dining experience that is part industrial warehouse chic, part bustling city brasserie.
Designed by Wilson Associates’ Blueplate Studios-Singapore, the two-story restaurant and bar stays true to the brand’s East London industrial roots, re-inventing certain brand elements to create an authentically Singaporean eatery.
Adrift by David Meyers, Singapore
Channeling the wanderlust spirit of gypsy award-winning chef and restaurateur David Myers, Adrift in the Marina Bay Sands integrated resort, is a bespoke urban enclave inspired by the places, faces and flavors of California and Asia. With a nostalgic spirit and modern aesthetic, Adrift is an “eclectic chic” epicurean environment unlike anything Singapore has seen before.
The 4,000 sq ft restaurant features a mix of spaces that cater to varied dining experiences, from artisanal mixology and delectable snacks at the bar, to a convivial feast of shared plates within the restaurant, and intimate dinners with friends or business partners at the private dining room enclosure.
